Nod
Pwrpas y wefan esblygol hon yw datblygu dealltwriaeth gydweithredol ysgolion a’r awdurdod lleol o sut y gellir defnyddio asesu i gynllunio'r cwricwlwm a'r cynnig dysgu i ddysgwyr ynghyd â sicrhau sut i gynorthwyo disgyblion i symud ymlaen â'u dysgu.
Mae asesu yn rhan sylfaenol o Gwricwlwm i Gymru ac mae'n rhan annatod o'r broses ddysgu.
Diolch yn fawr i'r gwahanol dimau am y gwaith cydweithredol a oedd yn cynnwys aelodau o’r tîm Cefnogi Ymddygiad, Cwricwlwm, Seicolegwyr Addysg, Cynhwysiant a Gwella Ysgolion.
Mae’r Athro Rob Coe yn ysgrifennu ‘Mae asesu - i helpu nodi bylchau dysgu disgyblion yn dilyn cau ysgolion o ganlyniad i Covid-19 – wedi ymddangos fel un o’r prif flaenoriaethau i ysgolion sy’n paratoi ar gyfer y flwyddyn ysgol newydd.’
Aim
The purpose of this evolving site is to develop schools and the local authority’s collaborative understanding of how assessment can be used to plan the curriculum and learning offer for learners as well as ensuring how to support pupils with moving forward with their learning.
Assessment is a fundamental part of Curriculum for Wales and is integral to the learning process.
Many thanks to the various teams for the joint collaboration work, which included members from Behaviour support, Curriculum, Educational Psychologists, Inclusion and School Improvement.
Professor Rob Coe writes ‘Assessment - to help identify pupils' learning gaps following Covid-19 school closures - has emerged as one of the top priorities for schools preparing for the new school year.’
