Make sure location access is enabled in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Rally Belgium.
Ensure you have a Google account and internet connection. Try restarting the app.
Go to Trips tab, select your trip, and tap the share button to export as GPX file.
Force close the app and restart. If the problem persists, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
In the main tracking screen, tap the reset button or go to Settings to clear all data.
Check your internet connection. Rally events are updated automatically when you have connectivity.
