Mission Statement
Hudson Valley Voices in Harmony is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that supports young singers who want to join others in creating beautiful music together. We strive to foster a love of singing and to provide information on healthy age-appropriate vocal techniques. We believe that music has the power to change lives. Throughout the year, students will work together to create beautiful music and prepare various music styles for numerous performance opportunities.

Make beautiful music together. Share our voices.
Hudson Valley Voices in Harmony provides a safe, inclusive environment for young singers to find their voices and mature as individuals and musicians. It is important to focus on healthy singing especially while the young voices are growing, changing, and developing. Singers will have a chance to learn and improve their musical skills. They will learn music that includes traditional choral repertoire and contemporary popular music for various performances. Our goal will be to build each singer's confidence and musical abilities. We will work on providing as many performance opportunities as possible for these singers to share their talents.
Singers of all abilities and voice parts are welcome. Any student in 1st grade or older is welcome to join the group! No prior experience is necessary.
Why HVVH?
Hudson Valley Voices in Harmony is a choral opportunity for students that is designed to enhance the school music program experience. At HVVH, students have more time to accomplish additional skills that we do not always get to learn in the public school time constraints. Additionally, a goal of HVVH is to give back to the community, through performances, community service, and supporting school music programs.
As public servants in the field of education, our goal is to help students grow where they are. We can provide individualized instruction and support for the students to succeed. With over 15 years of classroom experience, we are well-prepared to help your musician. We are used to managing large ensembles. We will create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. The students who join HVVH will be with other students JUST LIKE your student! These young musicians will be interested in singing and want to be there. Our collective goal will be to create beautiful music and have fun while doing it.
