TO REPORT AN ABSENCE OR ILLNESS:

All students must be reported absent for each day that they do not attend school. 

To report an absence OR late arrival: call the attendance line & leave a message by 8:30

Please leave your child's name, grade, teacher's name and information regarding absence.

This phone line is available 24 hours a day.

In the event you do not report your child's absence, we will attempt to contact you.  

If we are unable to reach you, a 'Wellness Check'  will be requested to be conducted by the Hopewell Township Police Department. This is to verify your child's safety.

The HVRSD Health Services Program is designed to maximize students health potential and provide a broad spectrum of health services to students. The goals of the school health services program are: 

• to identify health concerns and needs of pupils

• to assist pupils in becoming increasingly responsible for their own health

• to promote an optimal level of physical and mental health for pupils

• to provide health counseling for pupils and parents

Office hours are 08:30 am to 03:45 pm Monday through Friday
