Senior Prom Guests

Students may choose to bring one guest from outside of our district or from another grade 

If you are bringing a guest from another grade or another school, they need a permission form as well. HVCHS guests from a different grade will receive a separate Google Form sent to their email on Friday, April 10th.  The permission slip must be completed and submitted by Friday, April 24th. 

NON-HVCHS guests must fill out a paper permission slip (linked below). Students may only bring one person from another school. 

Please print the out of district permission form linked here and have your guest fill it out OR save the PDF to your own Drive and email it directly to your guest. Guest permission forms need to include a photo copy of the guest's ID (school ID or license).  Guests must be under the age of 21 at the time of the Senior Prom.

Guest permission slips along with a copy of guest ID MUST be submitted via email to BOTH rebeccamora@hvrsd.org and juliestanley@hvrsd.org by Friday, April 24th.
