COVID-19
Symptom Guidance and Other Resources
2022-2023 School Year
On August 10, 2022 Secretary French from the Vermont Agency of Education and Secretary Levine from the Vermont Department of Health released a memo on COVID-19 School Sickness Policy considerations and Testing in Fall 2022 to school nurses, superintendents, and principals. The guidance is aimed at establishing protocols in schools for what they are calling “endemic” Covid-19 in schools when our students return to the classroom in fall 2022.
The Harwood Unified Union School District continues to carefully review all COVID-19 guidance from both the State of Vermont and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The school district will maintain this site, update information as necessary, and share relevant updates with all of the families in the school district on a periodic basis.
If you have any questions regarding COVID-19 as well as information regarding district protocols, please reach out to the school nurse at your child's building. We are here to help!
