MAGGIE CHVATAL is a dedicated flutist based in Austin, originally from Cypress, Texas. Currently a third-year performance major at the University of Texas, she studies under Ebonee Thomas and is passionate about fostering a love of music in her students. Maggie performs in various groups at UT, including the Wind Ensemble, Symphony Orchestra, Opera, and the New Music Ensemble.

She is committed to guiding her students on their musical journeys, using diverse methods to inspire creativity, enthusiasm, and resilience. Maggie is grateful for the guidance of her mentors and aims to share her knowledge and experiences with her students..

Outside of music, Maggie enjoys cooking, hosting gatherings, and spending quality time with friends and family.
