What should I bring with me?
We suggest bringing a fully charged device (Chromebook, laptop, iPad, or Smartphone) so you can access the schedule, session board and collaborative online notes. If you prefer taking notes by hand, you may also want to bring a note pad and writing utensil as well.
What sessions will be presented?
Sessions are formed the morning of EdCamp based on what participants want to learn/collaborate about and what expertise the participants bring with them. The morning of the Edcamp event, participants will write on post-it notes topics of sessions they would like to attend and topics they would feel comfortable presenting or leading. Here are some example session boards from past EdCamps:
Do I have to present or lead a session?
No. It's totally optional to offer to present or lead a topic.
Will I earn CPE credits?
You will receive a certificate for four continuing professional education hours.
