Youth Enrichment Program (YEP) high school program provides students with access to after school activities designed to enrich their high school experience and improve their social and interpersonal skills, establish relationships with their teachers and peers, and improve their academic performance with programs like Credit Recovery, Bridge to College, and Driver’s Education. YEP also sponsors teacher-led activities such as the Black Student Union Club, Garden Club, Video Game Club, SLAM/KPOP Club, Band Club, Orchestra Club, and Show Choir club. Teachers and/or school staff facilitate these sponsored activities.
While there are activities scheduled Monday through Friday from the time school ends until 6:00 pm, students only attend the classes or activities for which they have registered during their scheduled days and times.

What is TRIO?
Advising: We check in with students a few times throughout the year or as students. You can meet with Ms. Farin via Zoom and/or check in via email and/or text. We check in to make sure you are successful in your classes, help you to prepare for summer opportunities, scholarships, college, etc. and just to make sure you are doing ok. If you have questions, we have answers! We are here to support YOU. If you are a current TRIO student click here to schedule a time to meet with Ms. Farin.
Workshops: We are offering workshops on topics ranging from time management, understanding financial aid, virtual college tours, etc. We will send text/email reminders as these workshops are scheduled.
