How to Submit an HUSD Helpdesk Ticket
- Compose an email from your HUSD email account to helpdesk@husd.us
- Start the email subject line with keywords that define the problem
Example Subject line: LCD projector broken
1. In the email include:
- First and Last Name
- School Site, including room number and phone extension
- Best contact method that the Helpdesk or Technician can use to contact you to help resolve the issue (via phone, email, etc.)
- Best time to contact if via phone/in person
- Description of the issue or question with as much detail as you can include
- Screenshots of the issue are especially helpful
2. Click Send
3. You will receive an email confirming your helpdesk request.
Save the confirmation email with the Helpdesk Ticket Number for your reference

Your email will be routed to the appropriate Tech Support person for your site.
