Here, I will share some of the things I am learning in 8th grade science. 

Our monthly goals will also be described. The goal for August and Septmber was curiosity. Activitys that we did for this were our wonder journals, the Hungry Hungry Sphero challenge, water quality testing, evaiauating article authenticity, the cicada lab, and a miscrosophy lab. My favorite was the wonder jounal because I really like to draw and write which I did and I got to design my own jounal and had a bunch of fun with it. 

I thought the water testing was pretty intresting because I had fun and enjoyed it. The main reson why I enjoyed it was because I love going outside in the fresh air it felt really good. I also just like th breeze and the water and i thought testing the water and fining the results was pretty cool. I kind of liked the quizes I liked the tecniqes we used I like how we used flash cards to study I have nevr used that many flash cards in my life.  I liked the notes we took onedpuzzles it made it easier to take them I also like the things we would glue in our notebook. I liked all  the sketches we did they were nice and fun to do on the ipands I liked all the color choises and the different pen sizes. These are the things that I thought was cool in my science class.

We did a lot of deffernat things in Januay, Febuary, and March. One is the magnic stations. There we're a few deffernat stations that had soem magnics. There we're paper clips, nails, and lots of defferant stuff to get the magnics atrracted to them.  Another was the Book Creatorr with electicity and magnetism. We had a whole leason of this. it showed a bunch of defferant things. We did a few labs with it. one was to rub a balloon on your hair so it can get staticy. And the last thing we did was the Van de graaf generator. we put our hannds on it and and when I did it i felt a little tincaly inside and my arm hair woulld still uup and my face hair too it felt weird. Those are all the main things I did in January, Febuary, and March.

These months we did a lot of differant things. One is Rock Pocket Mouse Project. I made a poster for that project. It was pretty fun I had to get creative for that, I thought it was teh best poster I have ever made in my 8th grade year. Another thing we did was an Alien Genetics Gizmo. I did pretty well on that too. I actally understoon everything we had to do on the slides. I enjoyed doing that. Another thing we did was the Water quality Infographic. I made a chart on how we tested everything. I aslo made a drawing of it on teh ipad. The last thing we did was Frogbit notes and project. What we had to do for that was first take notes then I had to make a engering project for that I made something to gather the fake frigbit.  

The thing I enjoyed the most this year was going outside and doing some water testing I just liked being outside and having soem fresh air. The thing I liked the least was working on really long projects alone and not with anyone. I would like to learn more about earth in science becuase I didn't really understand any of that so I would liek to learn more if it.
