Students can participate in up to 30 college credit hours per year and 120 hours during grades 7-12
For each credit of a regular high school course a student takes, three college credit hours are calculated into the total.
For example, if a student participated in HS Band = 1 HS credit/ 3 college hours
30 Credit hours (max allowed) - 3 credit hours (Band)= 27 credit hours available for the school year
If a student enrolls in more than 30 credit hours for the year, the student will need to drop the course or pay for the course (including tuition, textbooks, and fees)
