1. We are working with the color word "yellow".

• • Listen to the color song by clicking on this link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bC7UctwCvrI

  • Color the second yellow paper.

    • • Remember to color neatly all in one direction.

      • Stay inside the lines.

      • Do not leave white spots.

      • Trace the word "yellow" with your pencil.

  • Find something yellow in your house and draw me a picture of it on the back side of your yellow paper you colored.

Letter of the Day

• • Say the name of the letter and the sound it makes

  • Look at the index card with your name on it.

    • If you see a letter "f" in your name, trace it with your yellow crayon.

    • If you do not have the letter "f" in your name, don't do anything to it.

3. Next, find the letter "Ff" color page in the ABC color booklet.

• • Write one Upper Case and one Lower Case "Ff" on the line with your pencil.

  • Follow the directions on this page to color the picture.

    • • Color all Upper Case "F's" the correct color

      • Color all Lower Case "f's" the correct color

      • Remember to color neatly and stay in the lines

Watch this video to learn how to correctly write the letter "Ff". You will have to download the QR code reader on your phone or ipad. Then scroll down to page 3. Find the letter Ff and scan the code to watch how to correctly for the letter "Ff".

  • Write the short date of 8-24-21 in the top right corner.

Name Practice

Use the lined paper with your name printed on it found in the plastic sleeve in your red folder.

• • • Use a small dry erase marker and practice writing your name correctly on the lines.

    • It is important to use the top, middle, and bottom lines correctly.

    • Take a picture of your writing and email it to me.

    • Erase with a kleenex, clean sock, or clean rag when done.
