Well done to the following pupils:
Isabella-Rose - Isabella-Rose has shown a great interest and focus into our line of inquiry about celebrations she is familiar with and those which are celebrated in different countries and religions. She has shared her learning readily at home, impressing her parents with her knowledge and understanding. She always completes the optional inquiry home learning and shares this with her peers.
George-Leon - George has applied his knowledge of historic events into our current day. Such as in our learning about Remembrance Day. He has been able to communicate his learning with peers and adults. Well done George!
Maxwell - You really impressed us with how well you applied your knowledge during our visit to the Guidhall. You are a fantastic thinker who is always eager to share your ideas.
Mason - This module you have impressed us with your engagement with the text Malala's magic pencil and your effort with writing a persuasive letter, persuading members of the trust to allow refugees to join our school if they need to. You have shown to be open-minded and a great inquirer by asking and answering questions about this topic. Well done.
Freddie - For showing respect to all members of our school. He has been able to discuss the organisation of the Ancient Egyptian hierarchy and make links to our community and school.
Luna - Luna has shown respect to all her peers and has shown great thinking skills when considering the beliefs of others around the world. She was able to make comparisons between the religious celebrations of Diwali, Christmas and the Jewish festival of Pesach (passover).
Adam - Adam has shown impressive knowledge and consideration of other countries needs during our rivers topic this term. He has been able to understand how different countries use rivers and how, for some, they are necessary for basic needs.
Autumn - I have been really impressed by the knowledge you have displayed about renewable and non-renewable energy and how it affects everyone. You have demonstrated this exceptionally well through your written work as well as the model you created at home. Well done
