Humboldt County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategic (CEDS) Priorities for McKinleyville (2030) 

• Humboldt Commons - Described in the CEDS as "LifePlan Humboldt" this is a nonprofit-led senior housing community in McKinleyville’s town center offering independent, walkable living for adults living in 109 apartment units. 

• We Are Up - A planned 70-unit supportive housing development in McKinleyville designed to provide integrated, community-oriented homes and care for seniors and adults with developmental disabilities. 

• Initial Feasibility Study - An early-stage analysis that evaluates the viability, costs, and potential impacts of municipal incorporation.
