Appointments are necessary, NO DROP INS.  Please email to set up an appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Please note, the Prop Technician is not on campus everyday, and there may be up to a 48 hour delay in viewing and responding to your emails.

Appointment Times

MONDAY 3:00pm-5:15pm

WEDNESDAY 4:00pm-5:00pm

THURSDAY 4:30pm-5:15pm

FRIDAY 1:30pm-3:30pm

We don't keep a prop inventory list and things are always in flux, so you should be prepared to do some prop treasure hunting. Closed-toed shoes are required in the Prop Shop for safety. Please be on time for appointments, and bring boxes or bags with you, as well as friends to help haul anything large or heavy. Before checkout, you should also devise a plan of where to securely store the items until returned (this is especially important if you want to check out furniture or *weapons (*see policy).

*Special instructions for weapons checkout* (realistic looking guns, knives and swords):  Prop Weapon checkout and use will require some advance planning and prerequisite actions.  Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to complete the process. Please read the attached Cal Poly Humboldt Prop Weapon Policy
