FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Where can I find weekly schedules?

A. Weekly schedules will be emailed to all students and parents on the Friday afternoon prior to the upcoming week. Schedules will also be posted here under the Assignments Tab as well as on the Schoology platform in the weekly overview!

Q. Where do I find assignments or materials?

A. All assignments can be found on the Schoology platform as well as here under the assignments page. You can also find a list of assignments on the Week at a Glance document (Weekly Schedule) sent out every Friday afternoon.

Q. How do I submit work?

A. All work will be submitted online in Schoology. Assignments done on paper will be photographed and uploaded to the Schoology platform. All work done outside of Schoology will be linked to the Schoology assignment to be graded.

Q. How do I retrieve graded work?

A. All graded work will be available in the Schoology app for your retrieval and review.

Q. How do I contact the teacher for academic help?

A. I will be available for academic help during my conference period (2nd period), as well as during Live Zoom sessions. I will also be available for academic help during the Help Desk Hours / Tutoring Hours. Students are also encouraged to reach out for assistance via the Remind app or email.

Q. How do I get technical help?

A. Depending on what the issue is, I may be able to assist. However, you should contact Mr. David Trumbull @ dtrumbu@humbleisd.net to report issues with school technology.
