For as long as I can remember, I have loved taking math and science classes; however, my passion for public health grew after I took a biology class in 9th grade. I am interested in pursuing a career in Biostatistics, which is a combination of math, science, and computer science, because I would like to make a difference in the medical world without having to become a doctor or a nurse

I unintentionally stumbled across accounting after I failed to grow a liking with the health pathway. Originally, I took accounting as a filler class, but I grew to appreciate the skills that I learned in accounting class where I came to use them in my actual life. I joined UIL accounting and fell in love with the numbers. I plan on gaining experience in the accounting field to have a better understanding of how accounting is in the actual business world and minoring in accounting.

My desire to follow a career in education started in first grade, all due to a wonderful and supportive teacher. As I grew older, I got to see more aspects of school life for both teachers and students, and I knew that I wanted to take part in it.

I took interest in becoming an animator only relatively recently. My desire to animate stems from my overall passion for art, but it more directly correlates to my interest in the behind the scenes of what I see to be a unique and valuable art form. The company that I am primarily interested in would be DreamWorks, but I am open to the possibility of working for other businesses.

I was inspired to become an educator by my fourth grade teacher. She was understanding, fostered meaningful connections, and genuinely loved her job. Her uplifting, cheerful spirit made learning exciting and something I looked forward to. She inspired me to be the same encouragement to kids like me.

When I was younger, movies like Star Wars and Indiana Jones always fascinated me. Movies and films like those inspired me to take a path in Audio/Visual Production. I hope to one day be a part of a set filming a big name movie.

I was inspired by my mom; she works in the medical field. I decided to do principles last year as a result of said inspiration. They had a PA come in, and I felt like I would be interested in being in the medical field. I also love kids, so I want to work with them.
