Dear Parents:

WELCOME BACK! The Eagle Springs Elementary Choir is preparing for the 2025-2026 school year. We are excited to be back and ready to embark on another year with the ESE Choir.

The Choir is open for all 4th and 5th grade students. This is an after-school program that will function the whole school year. Students will have a chance to be exposed to different types of music and have an opportunity to perform in front of audiences, which helps build confidence. 

There will be a placement audition. Your child’s audition placement date will be based on their last name. 

Tuesday,  September 2nd (A-M) 3:30-5:00

Wednesday, September 3rd  (N-Z) 3:30-5:00

If you are unable to make it to your assigned day, make-ups will be; 

Thursday, Thursday September 4th, (Make Ups) 3:30-4:30

For the audition, boys will sing “ God Bless America” and girls will sing  “Part of Your World “. This will be a closed audition.  You may pick your child up as soon as they finish. I will have them call, and you may pick them up in front of the school. 

If you audition for the choir, our first rehearsal will be September 15th or 

September 16th. We will have 2 sections in the choir and they will practice on different days. The Monday section will practice on Monday from 3:30pm-4:30pm. The Tuesday section will practice on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 (We will not have rehearsals on student holidays). In order for your child to participate in the choir they will need the information sheet form filled out. Without this information sheet completed. I will not allow the students to audition or attend rehearsals. Any canceled rehearsals will be announced on the web site. Pick up will be @ 4:30 in the front of the building (Bus lane).

If your child is unable to make their rehearsal, please notify me by e-mail, handwritten note or phone. 

Choir dues will be $35. Money for choir dues will be due by September 30, 2025. We encourage you to make payments on  RevTrak. We will also continue to accept cash or checks made payable to ESE.  You may turn in money for dues any time before the due date.  If you send money to school with your child, please make sure their name is on the envelope.
