Tonal Energy

Tonal Energy is one of the most versatile metronome/tuner apps available in the app store and online.  It offers numerous features to enhance tone, rhythm, and musicianship (see user guide for more details) and is used by millions of people across the world from beginners to paid professionals. We also use the app in band rehearsals and share insights/ideas for how to best utilize the app. Although the app costs money, it is FAR more affordable than the metronome/tuners you see in stores and online. The idea for the app was generated by Philip Geiger, a former director of Westfield HS, and is specifically designed with the student musician in mind. Tonal Energy is HIGHLY recommended by the AHS Band Directors.
