Masterclass Options
MASTERCLASS – SINGLE SESSION (45-MINUTES) - Host an intimate 45-minute onsite session for attendees on a topic of your choosing during the HumanX event. This session can accommodate up to 50 seats and is first come, first served. The session will be recorded and sent to you, along with lead retrieval information.
MASTERCLASS – HALF DAY SESSION (3 HOURS) - Host an intimate half day onsite session for attendees on a topic of your choosing during the HumanX event. This session can accommodate up to 50 seats and is first come, first served. The session will be recorded and sent to you, along with lead retrieval information.
MASTERCLASS – FULL DAY SESSION (6 HOURS) - Host an intimate full day onsite session for attendees on a topic of your choosing during the HumanX event. This session can accommodate up to 50 seats and is first come, first served. The session will be recorded and sent to you, along with lead retrieval information.
Masterclass time slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on sign-on date.
Room & AV Setup
Your room will be set for 50 in Classroom.
Podium & Stage.
Screen, Slide Advancer & Speaker Timer.
Choice between LAV or Podium Mic.
Dedicated AV tech to manage the room.
Audio & Visual Recordings (Recordings to be sent to sponsor 2 weeks post-event).
Attendance Beacon - Collects data on those who enter and stay In Masterclass for more than 5 minutes (this Information will be shared with sponsor post-event).
Marketing
We will promote your session on our overall agenda on our website & within the event app.
Deliverables
Select your Masterclass time slot preferences by reviewing the Masterclass schedule here - as soon as possible.
Complete your Masterclass Presenter Onboarding Form - as soon as possible.
Book your Hotel Room by clicking here - no later than March 6.
Register your team using Comp Code (below) - no later than March 6.
Sponsor will receive Attendee List (name, job title, company ONLY) - Two Weeks Prior.
Presentations due to Preseria platform (Direct emails to all speakers will be sent out prior for profile creation) - March 16.
