Financial Statement required in the following amounts (in the student's name or their parent's name) following the length of the desired exchange:
4 months : more than 8,000,000 KRW,
6 months: more than 8,000,000 KRW,
10 months : more than 16,000,000 KRW
12 months : more than 16,000,000 KRW
* Please note that OECD countries may be asked to submit additional financial documents as well. Students will be notified with further information regarding financial documents during the application period.
AND
The Ministry of Justice now requires that all non-OECD nationality bearing students must submit a Certificate of Current Enrollment that is APOSTILLED. For countries that are not members of the Hague Convention, the documents must be verified/notarized by the local Korean Embassy/Consulate.
Chinese citizens must also submit an Apostille document AND Certificate of Enrollment that has been verified by the Chinese Education Ministry - (www.chsi.com.cn / www.cdgdc.edu.cn).

All CONAHEC partners must make nominations through the CONAHEC website first before proceeding with the link above. Please note that there is separate CONAHEC deadline which our office will inform you of prior to each nomination period.

Enter the information (names, dates of birth, gender, and email addresses) of nominated student(s).
An email containing students' ID and password will be sent to all nominated students privately by email.
*Please be careful when inputting students’ birth dates as those will be used as passwords for students’ online applications.
Please enter email addresses in two steps: [email name] @ [email identifier]. Please make sure you do not enter duplicates of the '@' sign as this will fail to send out emails to nominated students.
If your university doesn't appear on the online portal, please contact us so we can activate your account.
In certain cases, your university may have two accounts: one for a bilateral agreement, and one for CONASEP.
CONASEP accounts will always begin with CO-XXXXXXX.

Students must complete their online applications by October 30 / April 30 using the login ID and PW (PW: birthdate in YYYYMMDD format) generated by our online application system.

Google Forms will be used to collect important information from students in addition to other application documents. Please review our video tutorial where we demonstrate what this process looks like.
If students cannot make a Google Account (e.g., students in China), please have them fill out this form but skip the document submission portion - these can be emailed to us separately at exchange@hufs.ac.kr.
We review and process all complete applications, and send out accepted students' admissions packets by email and/or paper mail:
