Monday- Talk as a family about BIG emotions. How do you cope?

Tuesday- Help your child(ren) set a goal and create a plan to reach that goal.

Wednesday-Talk about what you are grateful for in your life.

Thursday- Take a walk. Notice what you see, smell, and hear.

Friday- Play a game as a family. Build a strong and loving bond by having fun together!
