After you have taught one Digital Citizenship lesson, click your school mascot below and complete the quick form to let us know the date, and the lesson that was taught.

TK-6 teachers--- It is important you complete the form for YOUR "homeroom" class, even if a partner teacher taught the lesson. Attendance reports will be generated in Q. If you taught the lesson to another group of students, that is fine, but please have their homeroom teacher complete this Google Form.

7th/8th grade teachers--- Decide as a school what period you want to teach these lessons to. Or, if you see a lesson your students need, teach it!

Teachers!-- Complete the form for your school anytime you teach a digital citizenship lesson to your class. We need the documentation for funding compliance, but your students NEED these conversations to live safe and productive lives in a digital world!
