Hudson Cross Country 

Information about "summer running" and CC running - A successful Cross Country season begins with a summer of running.  Our Hudson Cross Country teams have been dominant in East Texas for over 30 years because our runners and our coaches put in work year round.  

Our HS teams (or individuals) from Hudson have qualified for the state cc championship 23 of the last 25 years. Very few programs can say they have a “track” record like that.  If you are ready and willing to work hard, you can be a part of that winning tradition also.

We will start meeting on the evening of  June 17th (7pm at Brookhollow Elementary).  We run in that neighborhood on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights.  On Wednesday and Friday (7-8 am) mornings we meet at the Hudson track for a combination running and weight room /Plyo workout. **THE BEST way to keep in touch with the coaches is through STACK TEAM APP.  You can download this app on any device. It’s a blue & red T symbol.  Sign up for an account if you have never used TEAM APP before then search for: HUDSON MIDDLE SCHOOL XC-TRACK if your child is going into 7th or 8th grade, HUDSON HS CROSS COUNTRY if your child will be on the HS team. Request access to the team & you will get alerts and notifications.
