2020-2021 Kindergarten Registration and Assessments
Welcome to ‘Team Tiger’ at Lincoln Elementary ! This page will provide you with everything you need to know about registering your child for Kindergarten or Young 5s Program. Kindergarten registration is a 3-step process:
Complete the online registration form (see the link below).
Submit required documentation to complete your child’s registration to the Lincoln Elementary Office (see documentation list below).
To schedule an appointment for your child to be assessed, please call the Lincoln Elementary office between the hours of 7:30-3:00 pm beginning August 3rd. Appointments usually last about 20 minutes.

Your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2020.
(Or 5 years old on or before December 1, 2020 with a signed waiver from the principal.)

You can register your child online by clicking here: Kindergarten Registration Form.
To complete your registration, please bring the following to the office during your scheduled readiness appointment:
Certified Birth Certificate (present original or a copy)
Proof of Residency (utility bill, rental or purchase agreement)
Immunization Records
Information Packet (sent to you after you sign up online)
Copies will be made of the birth certificate, proof of residency, and immunization records, with the originals returned to the parent/guardian.

All incoming students to Hudson Schools will need to be assessed prior to enrollment. To schedule an appointment, contact the Lincoln Elementary office, beginning Monday, August 3rd between the hours of 7:30 - 3:00 pm or you can email at acombs@hudson.k12.mi.us.
**COVID-19 Pandemic Update: If Lincoln Elementary office hours need to be adjusted due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, you will be contacted to reschedule. Please visit the Hudson Area Schools website and Lincoln Elementary Facebook pages for updates.
