Mrs. Congemi

I currently have a bachelors degree from Youngstown State University in Middle Childhood Education with a focus on math, science and reading. I also have a masters degree from Youngstown State University in Special Education with a focus on the autism spectrum disorder. I earned my gifted specialist endorsement in 2024 from Ashland University.

I have been teaching at Hubbard Middle School since 2007. I have taught 5th, 6th, and 8th grade Math and Algebra 1. I also have taught 5th grade Science while at Hubbard. Prior to coming to Hubbard, I taught at The Rich Center for Autism at Youngstown State University and 7th grade Science at Coral Springs Middle School in Coral Springs, Florida. I have coached cheerleading since 2000 and currently am the coach for Boardman Glenwood Jr. High.  I coach gymnastics at Kathi's Dance and Gymnastics Center in addition to co-advising the math club and prep bowl team with Mrs. Shelby here, at HMS.

I have an amazing husband and we have been blessed with 6 beautiful children; Sarah, Giana, Anthony, Mila, Lelia, and Concetta! One of my favorite things to do in my spare time is going to Barns and Noble, pick out a new book and begin reading it while drinking some coffee from Starbucks (even though Dunkin is my favorite). I also love going for hikes, kyaking and dancing!

Mr. Lanterman

I currently have a bachelors degree from YSU in Education Grades 1-8. I also have a Masters Degree in Educational Administration.

I have been teaching at Reed Middle and Hubbard Middle Schools since 1989. This will be my 37th year in education. I taught 5th grade math, science, and social studies studies for the first 15 years at Hubbard. I have also taught 8th grade math, and I'm currently the Middle School Title I math teacher. A position I've held for the past 12 years. I've also coached both football and basketball at Hubbard, and I currently the 8th grade boys basketball coach.  

I'm the proud father of three wonderful young adults; Danielle, Austin, and Dylan. When I'm not teaching you will find me either on the golf course, in my garden, or watching Ohio State sports on TV.
