Classroom Rules

1.    Students must have their textbook, a pen (blue or black ink only), and college ruled paper every day. The instructor should not have to supply you with these items.

2.    Students are expected to abide by the dress code. See your handbook! All dress code violations will be reported to the office. 

3.    Cell phones, cameras, and all technological devices are prohibited. Items will be confiscated. Females are expected to keep their purses off their desks and laps.

4.    Trips out of the classroom will be limited to emergencies only-this includes restroom, fountain and locker. These trips will be limited to the first five or the last five minutes of the class period. Students are expected to use their planner as a pass and sign out. You must sign the sign-out sheet to leave this classroom.

5.    Students will not talk without teacher permission. Do not talk while the teacher is talking. Likewise, do not talk while other students are talking to the class.
