Please use this as a guide to make sure your child is keeping up with the skills he/she has learned so far in class this year.  If he/she doesn't know any of the following, please continue to practice at home.

Your child should be able to identify the following letters and the sounds they make:  All Letters and sounds



SIGHT WORDS

Your child should be able to read the following sight words quickly: 

I, can, the, we, see, a, an, like, to, and, go, you, do, my, are, he, with,is, little, she, was, for, have, of, they, said, want, here, me, this, what, and all color words.



MATH

Numbers - Your child should be able to identify and write the following numbers: 1-100

Shapes - Your child should be able to identify the following 2-dimensional shapes:  circle, square, triangle, rectangle, diamond/rhombus, trapezoid, oval, hexagon


3-dimensional shapes: sphere, cylinder, rectangular prism, cube, cone, pyramid
