Miss Rachel Cline is the choir director at Hubbard Middle School and Hubbard High School. This is her seventh year at Hubbard, and her eighth year teaching overall. 

Miss Cline is from Lake Milton, Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University for college, where she studied music education and participated in the marching band, pep band, concert band, wind ensemble, clarinet choir, early music ensemble, and chorus. Miss Cline also earned her Masters Degree in Clarinet Performance from YSU in December 2023. 

When she is not teaching, Miss Cline can be found performing in many different places. She is frequently a musical guest at area churches. She is also a woodwind doubler, which means that she can play flute, clarinet, and saxophone. She uses her doubling skills to perform in the pit orchestras for local High Schools and Community theatres. She's played for shows such as The Phantom of the Opera, The Little Mermaid, and The Sound of Music. Her resume also includes performing with the Stambaugh Festival Orchestra, the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra, and the Mission #LoveMusic Wind Ensemble. Miss Cline is also a two-time attendee of the Hawaii Performing Arts Festival in Waimea, Hawaii. 

In her free time, Miss Cline enjoys reading, playing with her cat, Emmy, and doing jigsaw puzzles.
