Classroom Environment

Joy. It is something every human being yearns for. It touches all of us in unique ways and forms, at different times in our lives and sometimes during unexpected moments. It is my goal, as a teacher and as a human being, to instill joy in my students and everyone I encounter each day. I want my students to be able to find happiness in my classroom, while learning at the same time. I want my students to appreciate and understand the joy that music brings us, and be able to transfer that knowledge to everything they set out to do in life. I want my students to be creative thinkers, and I want them to have kind hearts.

I am and will always be learning and continuing to grow as an educator. I hope to create a classroom atmosphere in which every child can learn and succeed, and I hope to make music class a memorable, positive, and educational experience for every student that enters my classroom.
