Coach Gomez had spent the last two years coaching at Allentown High School, serving as an Assistant Coach to Brian Nice. In his time at Allentown High School, Coach Gomez coached the Freshman Team to a 10-2 record. During his time as an Assistant, the Allentown Red Birds won the 2023 Mercer County Tournament and finished the 2023 season with a 17-9 record. 

Gerry Gomez Jr is a former Hamilton High West graduate who attended Hamilton West from 2010-2014. In his tenure as a player at Hamilton West, Coach Gomez was a four year varsity letter earner who played under current pitching coach Mark Pienciak and former head coach Mike Moceri Jr. In his four years at Hamilton West, Coach Gomez earned First Team All CVC his Junior and Senior year, First Team All Area as a Senior, Second Team All CVC as a Sophomore, was selected to two Carpenter Cup Teams (won in 2013), and is fifth in school history with 102 career hits. Coach Gomez was the centerfielder on the 2014 Central Jersey Group III Sectional Champions team. 

After his time at Hamilton West, Coach Gomez continued his baseball career playing one year at Mercer County College. After Mercer, Coach Gomez transferred to Rowan University to pursue his career in teaching, receiving his B.A in History and B.A in Education. Coach Gomez is currently in the process of obtaining his M.A in Educational Leadership at Kean University.

Mark Pienciak has been a teacher at Hamilton High West for 19 years now. In his tenure at West, Coach Pienciak started as the Freshman coach in the program. Coach Pienciak became Pitching Coach under former Head Coach John Costantino and became Head Coach of the program in 2012. During his time as Head Coach, Coach Pienciak held a record of 90-60-1 from 2012-2017. During those years, Coach Pienciak led the Hornets to the Central Jersey Group III Sectional Title in 2014 and ended his career with a .611 winning percentage. 

During his playing years at Hamilton West from 1998-2001, Coach Pienciak was a pitcher and infielder on the 2000 NJ Group III State Championship squad. After High School, Coach Pienciak went to Mercer County College before transferring to TCNJ, where he played under Coach Rick Dell.

Kevin Smiegocki is a former Hamilton West graduate who played for the Hornets from 2011-2015. Coach Smiegocki was a four year varsity letter earner who played under current pitching coach Mark Pienciak and former head coach Mike Moceri Jr. Smiegocki was a member of the 2014 Central Jersey Group III Sectional Champion team, was a two-time Carpenter Cup Selection, and received 2nd Team All CVC as a Junior. After high school, Coach Smiegocki attended Fairleigh Dickinson University Madison where he played four seasons of Division III baseball as an Outfielder and First Baseman.

In 2023 as an Assistant Coach at Lawrence High School, Coach Smiegocki helped the Lawrence Cardinals reach the Central Jersey Group III Final. Outside of the high school season, Coach Smiegocki coaches at Diamond Nation in Flemington, NJ.

Coach Smiegocki is currently a Business Teacher at Steinert High School in Hamilton Township.
