Bonus/Flossy Letters

Check out the video here.

Flossy words have bonus letters - an extra letter at the end of the word.

Here are some examples:

mess

fill

puff

buzz

Our bonus letters are s, l, f, and sometimes ... z

When we see or write a word with a bonus letter, we put a star above it.

Glued Sounds

-all

Glued sounds get one tap!

For example, the word ball gets two taps: /b/ /all/

When we see or write a word with a glued sound, we draw a box around it.
