Battle of the Books
What is Battle of the Books?
Battle of the Books is a reading trivia competition sponsored by the New Jersey Association of School Librarians. To participate, you must join the Battle of the Books Club.
Join the Battle of the Books Club is for students in both grades 7 and 8. Participants read from a book list provided for that year's NJ Battle of the Books. Participants work cooperatively in teams playing book trivia games and answering questions about the books on the "Battle of the Books" book list. Then partipates compete against other teams and schools in a county competition.
All interested HMS students should:
Complete the Battle of the Books Student Interest Form
Complete the Activity Fee Registration Form
