Secondary Mathematics Curriculum

Number and Algebra Strand: This strand focuses on developing a strong number sense and the ability to manipulate symbols, expressions, and equations. It covers topics from basic arithmetic to algebraic reasoning and the study of functions.
Measure, Shape and Space Strand: This strand is all about spatial sense and geometric reasoning. It includes topics like two- and three-dimensional shapes, measurement, and coordinates, helping students to visualize and analyze the world around them.
