Do's: 

- Predict questions and do research for answers

- Prepare documents (e.g. certificates, SLP) and layout in folder neatly

- Rehearse or conduct mock interview

- Have sufficient rest the night before

- Appropriate dress code (smart casual/ business casual)

- Switch off mobile phone

- Punctuality and greeting

- Smile, eye contact to show confidence

- Appropriate gesture and posture (sit up straight on half of the chair)

- Give answer of appropriate length

- Ask for clarification when needed 

- Ask sensible questions (e.g. future development of the industry or Study / career prospects)

- Thank the interviewer(s) at the end of the interview

Don'ts:  

- Mixed-code (half Chinese, half English)

- Lacking eye-contact

- Soft voice, especially group interviews

- Fidgeting or exaggerated hand gestures

- Laughing

- Criticisms about sensitive issues .e.g. former school, teachers, education system

- Bluff on questions you have no knowledge of
