Your detailed proposal should include:

1. Members of the Proposed Cabinet

2. Mission and Vision of the new club

3. Uniqueness of your new club (e.g. differences between the new club and some of the existing clubs)

4. Suggested committee structure of the new club

5. Overall Year Plan

6. Proposal of each suggested activity to be held next school year (detailed version)

7. Promotion and welfare plans

8. Work allocation list

9. Budget

10. Sustainability of the new club (i.e. how to ensure there will be enough members and committees in the coming 3 years)
