Dear HSFI Rising Juniors,
It's time to start thinking about your courses for the Fall 2022 semester! You've received a paper copy of your Request Inform. This document shows a list of courses you are scheduled to take next semester. The list is based on your grade level, your CTE major, and the courses you've already taken (and passed). This list is not final yet. There are opportunities for you to
apply to take advanced coursework (Honors and Advanced Placement)
As a junior, you need to have 7 periods + lunch to be a full time student. If you have met the graduation requirements in math and/or science, you can elect not to take those courses and instead take an additional AP course such as AP Art History or AP Studio Art.
Please take the time to look through the available information about your options for next semester and complete the surveys on time so you can be considered. We highly encourage you to speak to your counselor, current teachers, and department assistance principals for guidance and advice.
