About Me

Hi, my name is Becky Solomon. This is my 16th year teaching at Hillsboro Junior High. I graduated from Missouri State in 2002 with a degree in Marketing and earned my Masters in Teaching from Missouri Baptist University. I was the At-Risk teacher for 7 years and have been currently teaching the Gateway To Technology (GTT) classes for the past 9 years.

I currently teach the GTT explo class for the 7th graders and the STEM class for the 8th graders. I'm also the STEM Club sponsor. I usually do math tutoring on Tuesday after school along with retesting on Fridays.

I have been married since 2014 and have two daughters. Lily is in the 8th grade and Alice is in 1st. They both keep my husband and I busy!

I love to spend time with my family, enjoy traveling to new places, swimming in our pool and being outside.
