The first step to enrolling new students is to fill out the online form at campus.hillsboro.k12.mo.us/campus/OLRLoginKiosk/hillsboro

Any questions can be directed to District Registrar at the Data Center (located at 20 Hawk Drive; Hillsboro, MO).

To complete the enrollment process, please bring the following:

• Immunization Records - These will be verified by the district nurse and must be current with the State of Missouri. If the student is in need of any immunizations they will have to get these shots before enrollment. It would be in your advantage to have your physician check your student's immunization record to ensure that it meets Missouri state requirements.

• Proof of Residency - Utility Bill (gas, water, or electric) - current within the last 30 days.

• Birth Certificate - If a birth certificate is not available, please provide some form of legal documentation to prove parent's relationship to student.

• Parent/Guardian Photo ID

• Current IEP and Evaluation, if applicable

• Withdrawal/Final Grades, Discipline and Attendance Records from previous school.

Please call the district registrar at (636) 789-0007 with any enrollment questions.

Once the high school has received an "official copy" of your student's records from the transferring school, you will receive a call from the Student Services Department to set up a time for your student to meet with your school counselor.  In this meeting we can create your schedule, assign you a locker, get your student ID, and give you a tour of your new school.
