About Me

• My name is Mrs. Boss and I am in my eighth year at Hillsboro and my first year at the Intermediate. I taught 7 years of Physical Education and Health at the High School and was also the Varsity Head Volleyball Coach for 5 years. Prior to coming to Hillsboro I taught Physical Education at Herulaneum High School and was also the Varsity Head Volleyball Coach and Assistant Track Coach.

• I went to Meramec Community College to continue my volleyball career. I graduated with my Associates of Arts and went on the the University of Central Missouri(GO MULES!!) where I earned my Bachelors of Science-Physical Education. Upon earning my degree after graduation I took a coaching position at Jefferson College where I was the Assistant Volleyball coach volleyball. While coaching at Jeffco I earned my Masters Degree in Sport Management from Missouri Baptist University.

• I am married to my husband Blane who is also a Physical Education teacher and Head Coach. We just brought our beautiful daughter into this world in May and have a furry baby as well- Mr. Maxwell. I love to spend time with my family and friends, run marathons(trying to run one in every state-24 down...), do triathlons, play sports, read a good book, or watch a lifetime movie marathon.
