Primary and Elementary Reading specialists may now work with students in Kindergarten through 4th grade.
Primary and Elementary Reading Specialists have the ability to service more of the student population.

What will your child miss during the time they receive reading services?
Your child will not miss any instructional time in the classroom. Students are usually participating in silent reading, small group guided reading, and phonics while your child is out of the classroom. Your child will still receive small group guided reading with their classroom teacher when they return.
