If you are having issues with your Chromebook, it might just need an update. If you have never done that before, I have put together the document above to walk you through it. It might be a good idea to check for updates weekly or every other week to keep the chromebooks working properly for the Google Meets and Zoom sessions.
If this does not fix the issue, please call the school at (507)896-5323 and we can look at what the problem is and how to remedy it.
If you are having trouble staying connected to your home Wi-Fi or network, you can try these steps and see if it clears up the issue. Once you have done this to connect to your home network, it still should find the school’s network when you are back in the building again for classes.
