Mrs. Jones is a "Military Brat" (lovingly stated) and has lived all over the World, but her heart and where she calls home is Hawaii. She moved to Oregon after completing her degree at Montana State University. Mrs. Jones has taught for 31 years in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade. She also was an Adjunct Professor at Lewis and Clark working as a Masters Candidate Supervisor and Math instructor.
Mrs. Jones has 2 AMAZING sons, Gabe (20) and Colby (17). Gabe is a Junior at Oregon State working on a double major in Chemical Oceanography and Environmental Engineering with a minor in Marine Biology. Her son Colby is a Senior at Liberty High School (Go Falcons) and plans on attending the United States Air Force Academy next year. Mrs. Jones has been married to Mr. Jones for 30 years and looks forward to growing old with him.
In her free time she enjoys going to Liberty Football and Lacrosse games to watch her son Colby play. She also loves to spend time with her Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs, Liberty and Butler.

Mrs. Grinnell grew up in Newbury Park, California, and has also lived in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Flagstaff, Arizona. She moved with her family to Oregon in 2013, and the Grinnells are pretty sure Oregon’s beauty makes it the best place to live. The Grinnells have two grown children, and the family enjoys taking care of the many animals living at their home--we have chickens, cats, a dog, fish, a frog, a hamster, trantulas, some jumping spiders, and a slug! Mrs. Grinnell is proud to say that she has been a teacher for over a quarter of a century. She has taught students in grades 2-8 and has also taught adults. Mrs. Grinnell especially loves teaching sixth graders, because it’s fun to watch how much they change during their last year of elementary school. Even though her favorite subjects to teach and learn are science and math, Mrs. Grinnell is excited to be teaching all of the subjects this year. In her free time, Mrs. Grinnell enjoys spending time outdoors, crocheting, reading, and watching true crime shows.
