This is the exact circuit we are doing in the weight room. 

It is important to start with light weight and track how you are doing. Keep a detailed log of the weight, reps, and any notes on your progress. 

The most important thing is to maintain excellent form and stay safe. If an exercise seems unsafe or too hard, modify it until the strength is built up to perform the skill.
