The ICT Service Desk accepts all IT related questions, requests for service or incidents for all computer related Hardware and Software within the Division.

Although for some issues you may be directed back to the software vendor for resolution, you are welcome to engage the Service Desk for advice.

Known Issues do not need to be reported to the Service Desk via a ticket. They have already been logged and we are working towards a resolution. You may also check the Network Status page at the top right for any network issues/outages.
