As an International Sales Manager, your mission will be to drive market expansion and revenue growth within your assigned territory by developing new business opportunities across multiple industrial sectors.

Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales, business development, or key account management experience.
Proven track record of commercial success within at least one of the following sectors: industrial manufacturing, automotive, motorcycle, agricultural machinery, robotics, power transmission, motion systems, engineered components, industrial equipment, or closely related industries.
Demonstrated success in developing new business, opening strategic accounts, and expanding market presence within a designated territory.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value commercial discussions.
Strong understanding of industrial markets and commercial ecosystems within the candidate's target region.
Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and generate sustainable business growth in competitive environments.
Experience selling technical, industrial, or engineered products.
Experience working across multiple countries or regions.
Ability to operate autonomously while influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Experience developing new territories, distribution networks, or strategic partnerships.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Additional languages relevant to the assigned territory are strongly valued.
Mandarin Chinese is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
