Our client is an established international manufacturer of industrial chains, motorcycle chains, agricultural chains, sprockets and mechanical power transmission components, supplying OEMs, industrial distributors and manufacturers across global markets.
As part of its international expansion strategy, several Regional Sales Managers are being recruited to strengthen sales activities in strategic territories.
Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Identify, appoint and support industrial distributors.
Build long-term relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Develop strategic key accounts and regional sales plans.
Lead commercial negotiations from prospecting to contract signature.
Analyse market trends, competitors and customer needs.
Represent the company during customer visits, exhibitions and industry events.
Report business opportunities and market intelligence to international management.
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in industrial B2B sales.
Proven track record in business development and opening new markets.
Experience managing distributor networks and strategic accounts.
Comfortable with long, technical sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Engineering background (Mechanical, Industrial or similar) is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
