Note 1:

• Complete flight information must be sent at least 72 hours before your arrival to the following email address vacationplanners@hrhloscabos.com, otherwise you will not be guaranteed a place on arrival transportation from the airport to the hotel.

• Once at the hotel, you must go to the Vacation Planners desk at least 72 hours before your departure to confirm that the information is correct. 

• After the 72-hour window, a space on outbound transportation is no longer guaranteed.

• To make or confirm your reservation please come to the Vacation Planners desks.

The provider reserves the right to deny admission if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Note 2:

1.- Complimentary Transportation: This offer is valid only for complimentary round-trip transportation for two people on a shared basis between SJD Airport and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos.

2.-Booking Requirements: Complimentary transportation is available only for new reservations with rates that explicitly include transportation. Bookings made with other promotions or rates that do not include transportation are not eligible for this offer.

3.- Complete informaton must be send (arrival and departure) 72 hours befor the arrival in order to be included 

4.- Stay Duration: To qualify for this transportation perk, a minimum stay of three (3) nights is required.

5.- Transportation applies only for reservations made within 3 to 180 days of the reservation date.

6.- To confirm transportation, guests must request the transfer at least 72 hours prior to arrival/departure. Requests can be made by calling +52 624 689 0160 ext. 4440 or sending an email to vacationplanners@hrhloscabos.com, the timetable is available from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.

7.- Extra Luggage: Complimentary transportation is limited to one (1) piece of luggage and one (1) carry-on item per person. Any additional luggage will incur an extra cost.

8.- Transportation may be requested at an additional charge if the conditions outlined above are not met. The Hotel reserves the right to modify or discontinue this transportation offer at any time without prior notice.
