HOW TO MAKE A PRE-RESERVATION
Be sure to share your preferences with your Vacation Planners representative:

Service that you like (example: relaxing massage 50 Min)
Date (example: November 20)
Time (example: 10:00 a.m.)
Please inform us of the details if you have any medical condition, are pregnant or suffer from any illness, disorder, dizziness, circulatory problems, asthma, use a wheelchair or have had recent surgery.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Bring a swimsuit
Do not bring cell phones, jewelry or other valuables into the spa. The spa is not responsible for lost or forgotten valuables.
We recommend you eat in moderation before your spa service and avoid alcoholic beverages. Don't shave your legs before a body scrub. A severe sunburn can prevent you from enjoying your spa treatment.
A no-show can be rescheduled based on availability only in the event of illness by showing a medical exemption. No refunds allowed for no-shows
Our goal is to provide exceptional service and of course additional tips are always welcome, although not expected. You can charge your spa services to your room and decide your payment method at the time of check out.
After booking any service with Vacation Planners, all participants should know that:
**Cancellations require 72 hours notice prior to service. There are no refunds for no-shows.**
Please be sure to leave a credit card deposit when you check into the hotel, this is required to support the room charges.
The provider reserves the right to deny admission if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
