• We have minimum and maximum weights to participate in our Bungee Jump:

  • Min: 110 LB/50 KG

  • Max: 240 LB/110 KG

• According to the professional judgment of the operator, we reserve the right to admission for the safety of the client, based on safety standards required to perform the activity, which involve physical and motor conditions, and cognitive state, among others.

• Customers must follow the rules and directions of the operator at all times. Any inappropriate behavior that exposes a risk situation may result in the cancellation of the activity without the right to a refund.

• We recommend you have previous experience in extreme outdoor activities.

• The use of cell phones is not allowed during the experience

• With your safety in mind, the use of handheld cameras is not permitted

• Accidents caused by the use of cameras or mobile devices during the activity are not covered by accident insurance; customer must pay for all expenses

• People with heart, back, neck, visual, motor, respiratory impairment or limited mobility problems, as well as those with vertigo, fear of heights, and osteoporosis, will not be allowed to participate in this activity

• Long shorts or pants
